Velodrome Closed due to Covid-19

The Board of the Burnaby Velodrome Club has made the decision to cancel programming and close the velodrome as of March 15, 2020. The decision follows in line with many other recreational facilities in Canada. This was a difficult decision to make, however, we took into consideration our staff and volunteers as well as doing our part to assist in the recommended social distancing as the number of community transmitted cases of COVID 19 increase.We will reassess the situation on April 3rd and send an update.

At the time of this notice, the HJSC has not yet made the decision to close and if you need to get anything from the facility you should call the VBC office first to ensure they are open.
