Structured Wednesday Workout Plan – Preparing for Bare Bones and Spring Series 2020
Western Track Challenge may be over, but training never stops! The goal of this next block is to get riders ready for Bare Bones racing in March, but also Escape Velocity Spring Series. To that end, there is a large emphasis on longer efforts in the first four weeks of the block and then moving into four weeks of speed work before finishing it off with a week of race prep.
Advanced workout is for A and B category riders only.
Intermediate workout is for C category riders and some novice riders based on coaches’ discretion. If you have any questions ask one of our coaches.
